BEFORE YOU MAKE AN EXCHANGE:

• Have you tried to shift sizes?
• After shifting sizes, how many costumes do you need to exchange?
• Call our Customer Service team on 1-800-487-1958 or send an email to customerservice@hamiltonstheatrical.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA).
• Place a new order for your replacement item(s). Replacement timing will vary based on the current production date.
  ***For rush requests, please contact Customer Service and reference your new order number.
• Affix the provided return label within your box and send the costume back to:

• Print out the return authorization documents including the commercial invoice and any custom documents and put them in the clear pouch provided with your shipment. Please ensure your Order Number and RA Number RXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX are included.

IMPORTANT:  

• Customers are responsible for return shipping. 
• All exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery receipt. After 30 calendar days of order delivery, we are not able to accept any exchanges.
• Product must be unworn and unwashed, with the hang tags and QC sticker attached, in original packaging (if applicable), and accompanied by proof of purchase 
• Sale items (product from "TuTu Much") are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. Additional details are available in the Returns Terms and Conditions  
• Refunds will only be applied to the original form of card payment, to a Hamilton's gift card, or in accordance with applicable local laws.

As exchanged items must be fully remade, a restocking/remaking fee applies. Fees are calculated using the following sliding scale based on group exchanges:

• 10% exchange → 10% restocking fee
• 20% exchange → 20% restocking fee
• 30% exchange → 30% restocking fee
• Restocking fees will not exceed 50%.

• A photo of each dancer wearing the costume (front, side, and back views)
• Each photo labeled with the size the dancer is wearing
• The dancer’s bust, waist, hip, girth, inseam and thigh measurements

• Return Your Item: We’ll email you an RMA form to include in your return package.
